Indeed it can. But you see what the NDS can do that the PSP can't is have the lower screen as the bottom half of and iPod witch actually works when you touch it. And the top screen is your music as if it was your actually iPod. But the hacking text for both operating systems are marvelous.

u know nothing of the wonderful PSP!!! It's a godsend, and it keeps me from getting bored on a DAILY basis!

Such and insualt. I would like for you to know that I take my PSP to work and everywhere I go all day every every since I got it. It's like a cell phone that you can't leave home. Keys for you car so you can go to work. A spare lung you know you'll need for right now. Now if only my xbox was portable. that wouldn't be left home as well.

Seriously it is, I hardly leave home without it. As a matter of fact, I brought it to work with me now and have been doing so since I bought it. That and my NDS as well.
