Well, today started off normal enough. I came into work, grabbed a chocolate muffin and some coffee, went into my office, sat down, and continued with the days plans. Little did I know that a mistake made by one of my co-workers would send my whole schedual flying out the window.
Now, if any of you know me on irc, then you know I hang there quite a bit during my work hours, but I still get my work done. Anyhow....to make a long story short, some person managed to get a virus from some java chat room (dont ask me, its just what I was told) that spread to a few other computers on the domain. Big deal, right? I suppose, except nobody knew what virus it was, or if it was even a virus at all. The only way to completely remedy the situation was to order all possibly infected computers to be FORMATED. Ohh, the agony. Its a shame they suspected my poor pc of being a carrier. I lost my killer office mp3 collection. It was badass! And on top of that, their closing all unneccesary ports which means no chat rooms, no instant messaging and...no irc.
Ahhh, oh well...I'm a survivor. Big deal if I lost one of the most beautiful music collections in the world. And so what if I cant leech on irc with my t1 anymore, but isnt it wierd how the pattern youve been following for months upon months can be corrupted in a few short hours? Oh well..
Bah!!!!!!!!!!!
