this board is OLD. ^^ mostly i notice because the board that i wanna go and crash and kill it was fulla them... chibi members, that.. well, all were annoying little 11-13 year olds. Its 3 years til she can see R rated movies in theaters. It would be pretty dumb if you couldn't see R rated movies until you're 18 but you can see all the raunchy NC-17 movies you want. ;)

But then, I was seeing R rated movies in theaters as soon as I had friends who could drive me to them. Believe it or not, there's always a few theaters in town that just don't care about ID'ing for movies. Then there were the ones that just asked me when my birthday does (apparently normal people under 17 can't do math). Another good strategy was to buy your tickets out of the credit card machine, those things don't ask for ID either. :rolleyes:

My first R rated movie I saw with my dad, Die Hard 2, long before I was ever 17. I still remember being shocked when the guy got sucked into the airplane turbine and the blood sprayed out. I also remember the first time I stumbled upon a movie with nudity. I still remember the key line preceding it, but I fear repeating it would violate AnimeBB policy. tongue.gif

Happy Birthday A-4, but did you say drive in 9 months!? Geez, that's a low friggin driving age. And that talk of drinking age all depends on where you're from. I'm 20 and where I'm at it's been legal to drink for over a year now. Of course up here the min driving age is 16...

Anyway, happy Birthday. You're that much closer to sanity. I find mine came when I was 18 I believe. You may think you're sane now, but eventually you'll reach the age where you look back and wonder what the fuck you were doing.

you see, the government is against the huge population we have right now.

if you kill 'em off while their young, then they are dead young and hopefully haven't had kids yet. sixteen year olds have gone through puberty farther and are a bit more appleasing to some rapists and go to parties, therefore easier targets for the predators out there. and the babies created in that become children, and the population grows. bad? yes...

i think you can just take drivers ed and not actually really drive alone until the *normal* age for driving, but i dunno...
