I have recieved a jury summons  . I am not happy about this  . On the good side, I am serving justice. But what if the person is accused of J-walking and the rest of the jury declare him guilty and give him the death sentence and he doesn't deserve it and his kids just started school and he has a newborn baby and his house was just paid for and his wifes birthday is comming up and his wifes birthday is on their anniversery and their anniversery is on christmas and he just found his long lost sister and he has 3 months left to live and there is a way to save his life but the trial gets in the way and I'm forced to declare him guilty while looking into his childrens eyes and they look like this and the judge calls me up as a suprise limited-time-witness and I give the wrong info and he and I are thrown into jail and die? I'm scared!

Shortened the word "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!", because it messed up the homepage.

you worry to much you can't give someone the deth sentence for j-walking a fine or a day in jail at the most and I don't think a member of the jurry is ever a whitness because it would make them biased and there is a chance you won't be selected for a trial because there are so many people that get jurry duty that you won't be called to be a jurror so does that solve most of your worries?

1) stop exagerating, yuo're hurting yurself, my eyes, and my diog's ears.
2) so what? even if yur case scenario does appen, those extraneaous bits of information will either A not be stated or B not have any effect on teh actual crime at hand.
3) to ensure justice is done is to reach a higher callingw ithin society.

There is always the option of the fake injury, you know saying that you are in the hospital and you could pretend to be a reletive if you answer the phone.
