what is with girls today and buying 300 dollars worth of purses like those new ones by louie vottan or whatever the name is....im a girl but i dont go crzy over something like that and techniquelly most of the girls at my skool are going crzy about them......its so stupid why do u need a purse when u have a backpack to hold everything? can someone plz answer me that..its stupid whats the difference btween them a purse is a purse plz answer this

I think women are like that cuz they like to show everyone, either how much money they have, how well off they are, or how much their man cares about them to buy something that expensive for them. Personally Im with you, its stupid. But then again when you meet the person ya really love buying them something like that isnt that absurd at all. But tryin to show off how much money you have to others is completely absurd.

I agree having a purse is stuiped I'm a girl and all I carry around is my backpack I hate purses I do have one but I don't use it, what's the point in having it if your already carrying one thing throughout the whole school day what's the point in carrying somethin else you really don't need, now all I need is my backpack and wallet I can put my wallet in my backpack or in my pocket of my pant's, I don't need some stuiped purse, but I do agree that most girl's only carry around purses so they can show off how much money they have or how much there guy spend's on them, now me I really don't care what I get for my guy as long as it come's for the heart and not his wallet.

i know im a girl as i said before and i see no point in it as well girls have backpacks and yet they still carry "designer" purses. makes no sense to me. and plus at my school the girls who have those purses are mostly white......no offense ppl.....some of my friends are white....but those who have the purses at my skool are really stuck up and snobs and seriously are in no use of a purse when they carry a backpack,gym bag,wallets, etc....everything....and i dont have a purse and mostly all the girls who have purses just bump into everybody too let us live without being bumped into by a purse!!!!for once plz just one day without a purse hitting me!!!!!!

I don't follow fads, I do my own thing, all I wear everyday is a black shirt, some blue jeans, my boots, mt wrist strap, and my three foot chain.

i dunno ....i really dont care if i match or not as long as i have my bracelets on and i have some black on me.....but most of the time i will wear jeans with a blck shirt as well......

*laughs* the purse has always confounded me i've always preferred a wallet for keeping my things. Then for the backpacks it's usually whatever
I find about the house my current ones are a sidepack from a computer tradeshow given to my stepdad for his work and a leather sheet music case from the royal music conservatory my mom bought second hand and used as a purse whn she was a teen.

It was funny because our school is very music oriented and i just thought it was a cool old black leather thingy, whereas i had the music teachers tormenting me to sell it to them. It also drives them nuts i use it for carrying homework in nicer weather or when i don't have a lot to carry.

i don't know i'm a guy and i've been looking for a specific wallet for like a week, bifold no zipper no velcro, leather, tons of pockets and a coin pouch with a snap....this wallet doesn't exsist i swear...
