Yesterday at work I had to come into work and talk to the head of Human Relations. My manager, is such a two-faced, backstabbing wench that I nearly quit because of her. She told me, after I had asked her, if we could bend the rules of a safety issue thats been goin on in our department store and she said "yes until i find out if its okay to do that or not." I was like thats great it will make our job a lot easier. But then two weeks pass by and she see's my friend "bending" that rule just as I have done in front of her countless times and she got mad at him and scolded him out in front of the entrance/exit doors with a whole bunch of customers just staring and gawking. So my friend calls me over and tells her that i said he could do that and said, "yes, i did tell him to do that ok", then she says, "well its not ok, that isnt allowed here". Then I reminded her of the conversation we had earlier in the month and she has the nerve to say that she never said that.
After 5min of yelling at each other in front of the entire store with all the customers looking on she then says, "well I dont remember what I said, I dont want to argue about this in front of the store, we'll talk about it some thoer time"
My friend then said as all of us were going our own seperate ways "I dont want to get fired from here I need this job" then I said out loud "I would quit and slap her in face before you get fired, Its not like I can't find job that makes this much money. I can make just as much putting my hand in dirty toilets and urinals". The look on my managers face was glorious to see, the shock, hehehe.
I waited until after my work shift was over to confront her. She tried to stay away from me in hopes that I would just go home. It didn't work, I waited 45min after my shift ended than got up, walked all the way to the backroom where i saw her throwing trash out (since I told her earlier to go do it herself, hehehe) grabbed her by the arm and said, "we need to talk NOW, not later but NOW"
We went up to her office and argued for about 30min, she dodged every single question I asked and repeatedly changed the subject.
This was an end of an very bad week too, the week before I found out im bein sued for $10,000 for driving without insurance. The only good point of the week happened this past saturday night when I asked a friend to go out with me and she said yes, so i guess it evens out,
But anyways, I HATE BACK STABBERS!!!!!!!
