Okay. I don't mean to be mean to the majority, but this hate Pwon thing is really getting out of control. I have not gone to a single thread that someone hasn't said something about him. I admit, i too have posted a few comments against Pwon, but I mine were merely in fun.

Pwon has just as much right to voice his opinion as anyone else on this board. Leave it to the administrative crew to decide if his posts unnecessary or too violent.

From what I've seen, this all started because of a post he put right here in the Flamers Realm to blow of some steam. Not only that, but did anyone stop to think that the "I HATE YOU..." comment wasn't directed to anybody here? It very easily could have been a general comment of how he was feeling toward the world or to someone in his life not necessarily linked to AnimeBB!!!

How would you like it if you came to the one place that you felt you had friends to blow off some steam, and instead of finding the support you need, it backfired and everyone started ganging up on you. Well, I don't know about the rest of you, but my defenses would go up immediately, and you wouldn't get jack from me other than a slap in the face. It would make things ten times worse, and my aggressions would then BECOME directed towards you. Look at the quality of Pwon's posts since that "I HATE YOU..." incident, look at all our replies to that, and look at the posts he is making now.

AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO SEES A CONNECTION HERE?

I must admit I have been a little mean towards him But you got to understand that he's not like this in real life. Krayla, Azure ... The point is this:

Say for example that I go to work and have a really bad day. My boss pisses me off, my supervisor pisses me off, my co-workers piss me off. I am furious at them!!! I need to vent. So I come here to AnimeBB, go to the Flamers Realm, and post to vent my anger towards said above. The post would go something like this ...

I HATE YOU!!!!
I HATE YOU!!!!
I HATE YOU!!!!
...
I HATE YOU ALL!!!

Et cetera. Ergo, I am refering to the people that i work with. However, you (forum members) veiw this as a personal attack because you do not know who I am refering to, not thinking that this is the area we are to come to do exactly that. we do not need to give a reason as to why we are venting, we just need to vent. Yes, it would nice if others were informed of the reasoning behind our madness, but sometimes, we just need to let out the emotion, not necessarily wanting to get into an explaination of why we are experiencing that emotion for it may trigger a heightened state of that emotion causing more frustration and anger. To get out the initial venting is sometimes all that is needed. So to degrade someone for coming to this section of the forum to vent is not really all that fair. And to say someone isn't really acting like themselves here, is not really all that fair either, for the simple fact that the nature of the beast tells us that no one is really themselves when they are angry.

I know I have no authority here, but it is common curtisy to treat others the way you would expect them to treat you.

And Krayla, as far as I've understood you apology (and I may be way off, if so, excuse me), there is no need for you to apologize. If you are apologizing for venting, don't. If you are apologizing for not "acting yourself" while here on the forum, don't.

Why shouldn't we all be ourselves here?

Ask youself, it the you that you portray in your everyday life really ther person you are, or is it merely the socially acceptable you?

I personally act a lot different in forums and online than I do in my everyday life, because here, I can be more myself. It doesn't matter what you all think of me here. The worse you can do to me is kick me off the forum. Granted, that would suck, but it would not effect my family, my job, my social standing in society.

So I say: Please, be who you REALLY are while you are here. If you need to vent, vent here. However, if there are serious issues between you and another forum member, that should be addressed specifically to that person through a private message. Settle your differences on your own time. We don't all want to be caught up in the middle of a childish squabble between forum members.

Balmung, I will try dear, but this post was for certain people in particular. And as long as they read them, it doesn't really matter. You can read, you can not read ... what you understand, that is the question.

Pwon(aka Nierva) is just letting off some steem. He doesn't act like it when I usually speak with him. I believe people have been alittle harsh to him, but I believe he also brings it on himself by the things he say in his posts. No offense Pwon, just tone some of it down

Man was created in the image of God. Man sinned against God, creating in man a sinful nature. To be selfish is to be human, not of God, and a sin. We are to put others before ourselves, therefore, showing less of our human nature born out of that sin. Not necissarily inhuman, but rather less human, showing less of that sinful nature and more of the spiritual nature that we were purposed for.

i disagree. man created God as a bed time story to get the kids to play nice, and as a way of explaining what he could not have explained at that time. belief in God is merely a security blanket against that which you have no control upon.

alpha and omega. He is the beginning and the end, but it does not ever say that he has begun or ended. He is to rule eternally. Forever. Infinate.

I also highly recommend Orson Scott Card's Ender's Game series. It has a truely intelectual view on "God". In space and out space, philotic bonds, philotes that are similar to what we refer to as a "soul". When something is thought into existance, a philote from out space comes into in space that is large enough, and complex enought to imagine itself being that wanted thing then takes the form of that and becoming that things "soul". It is really an awesome set. Some of you should pick it up and read it - found at your local library - or have you all forgotten what those things are? If anyone decides to read them, I'd love to know what you think. PM me.

i believe that simply because there is no prrof for or against God, doe snot prove or negate a divine being. I believe that religion is a security blanket made by man to make him fear not that which he has no control over, therefore, it is fallable because it was created by man. i don't believe that the bible is teh be all and end all, because, if a perfect word is interpretted by an imperfect ear, will tehend result not be imperfect?

I definatly agree.. this is a somewhat old topic.. I'm not sure how it got resurrected or why roady is philosphying god and jitter is talking about orson scott... though i prefer treason... don't judge this place on that.
