Okay Here is a Xemnas made mixture of both Eastern and Western along with both code page 437 and 850 style. I'll show you all of the faces that i can make and then give a way that you can make it instead of copy paste which is a real time waster. You will see the new style emoticon along with the generation code on the side. You must press the ALT button abd hold it hold when typing in the number combo. The numbers that you use must be the one located to the far right on your keyboard. (ones closet to the mouse if your a righty.) If you need and overview on where to see these code pages just go to Wikipedia.org and type in Code Page 437 and 850.

Shifty eyes left: ⌐_⌐ : alt + 169 = ⌐
Shifty eyes right: ¬_¬ : alt + 170 = ¬
Shocked face: º_º : alt + 167 = º
Teary face: ┬_┬ : alt + 194 = ┬ (Note: not an actual "T"┬)
Crying face: ╦_╦ : alt + 203 = ╦
Crying face²: ╥_╥ : alt + 210 = ╥
Sticking out tounge/Laugh: Xþ : alt + 0254 = þ
Stunned/Out Cold: •_• : alt + 7 = •
Buck teeth: Xß : alt + 225 = ß (Note: not an actual "B"ß)

To add the expression of a tear drop you can use what you usualy do when you use these ^_^'' -_-;. So far these are all of what I can come up with, if there any more you think you can make with these codes then do so. Also have fun with the faces. I would. º_º''

╥_╥ Sadly the don't. But they can express a bit more then usual. While sad face may represent that your sad, you show three ways of how sad you are. If I can by some means I will soon find some that move. That are realitively new.

they look like chat room ones that u don't have to pick from a picture list. The chat icons for faces.

They are in fact chat room emoticons. That's thier main purpose. But I have new ones now!. Just check them out in my album. I uploaded them today so yeah have fun and go nuts.

In addition to, I have more but just can't upload them all. So far there are 100 of them up already and yet 50 or so more to go. So Wsh I have found you new emoticons and they all move.
